Hartford

Last week, I spent three days in Hartford surveying the gorgeous Connecticut State Capitol from a boom lift. The 130'-high boom lift wasn't too scary, and the city of my birth was looking better than I imagined. I also got a chance to meet up with my friend Carrie, who is getting ready to move to SoDo (south of downtown Hartford). Still, after three eight-hour days standing tethered to a box, I was ready to go home.
